Bruno Schmeltz born in Toulouse in 1938 a painter based in the Pyrenees , in the valley of Campan, France Bruno Schmeltz painted since the early 1970s , always in style in technical hyper-realistic ,but the content surreal.His landscapes dream are obviously related to the beauty of Hautes-Pyrenees, land of the last shepherds and silent .
He paints in oil, usually on large canvases that remain his favorite. He
also served the work of master glassblower (churches in Dakar ).
Finally, he painted frescoes in many places, mainly in the cities of
Bigorre . Among those who contributed to its popularity include Pierre Cardin , Jean Gismondi or Claude Challe .
